Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Lead team and partner organization meetings to address program issues, scope changes, and work plans.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track project plan attainment and status.
• Direct project staffing, motivate team members, and provide professional development.
• Coordinate software verification and validation processes.
• Coach software development engineers in C++.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical program sessions to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in software development and architecture (C++).
• Strong knowledge of project management strategies, tactical planning, and effective communication.

• Knowledge of SD-WAN, wireless link bonding, load balancing, and network coding.
