Salary: CA$147,000 – CA$187,000 base + CA$26,500 bonus

• Lead core accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and manage continuous disclosure filings.
• Own the external audit process and manage auditor relationships.
• Build and maintain scalable internal controls and approval frameworks.
• Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting structures.
• Lead, coach, and grow the accounting team.

Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience managing month-end close, audits, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical literacy with curiosity for AI and financial automation.
• Must be based in Canada or the U.S.
