What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop the U.S. General Ledger accounting team.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process and maintain accounting tools like Floqast.
• Own the payroll process for U.S. and international subsidiaries.
• Partner with finance leadership to manage worldwide treasury and cash flow.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize NetSuite and downstream accounting tools.
• Support consolidated financial audits and coordinate technical accounting memorandums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a management or lead role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with high-end ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.

Nice to have

• Experience with Floqast.
• Experience with Intacct.
