What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of production ML models, including architecture and feature strategy.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and inference using SQL and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with engineering on system and API design to ensure latency, reliability, and observability.
• Lead experimentation and model evaluation through A/B testing and offline metrics.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and analytical findings to stakeholders and senior business leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science or ML roles with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Deep expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning across structured and unstructured datasets.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining ML services in cloud environments (AWS, SageMaker, Snowflake).
• High proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on coding and reproducibility standards.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in the USA
