What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery concerns are surfaced and addressed.
• Translate project-side blockers and escalations into product-relevant language for informed decision-making.
• Embed with Project Managers to identify and flag risks before they materialize.
• Track systemic issues and collaborate with Group Product Managers to implement process improvements.
• Facilitate consensus among mixed business and technical stakeholders during project discussions.
• Push back on unfeasible commitments and propose viable alternatives to maintain project health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or equivalent in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to operate effectively across both Product and Project Management contexts.
• Strong estimation discipline with the ability to defend estimates under pressure.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional meetings.
• Fluent in Jira and Confluence with active use of modern AI tools.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex project scopes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with utility Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, or meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience working in a support or bridge capacity alongside Project Managers.
