Visual Designer (Spatial Intelligence): Building and evolving the brand identity for a spatial intelligence platform with an accent on identity systems, product storytelling, and design system architecture. Salary: $76,000–$111,100 annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and evolve the brand identity.
• Design across diverse mediums including identity systems, campaigns, web, motion, and events.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems within Figma.
• Participate in early-stage concepting and stylescapes rather than just final execution.
• Work fluidly between Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality craft.
• Help build the creative department and mentor future team members.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• Proven experience as a brand designer or art director with a focus on system building.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range, conceptual thinking, and design restraint.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Ambition to build a department and contribute to long-term creative strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with JSON, design tokens, Lottie, or data-driven design systems.
• Skills in 3D, motion, or video production.
• Interest in technical design traditions like cartography or engineering drawing.
