Sr. Director of Corporate Deal Strategy & Operations (Software): Leading the global corporate deal strategy and operations function to drive scalable and efficient customer contracting with an accent on complex deal structuring and enterprise contract economics. Focus on accelerating deal velocity, managing risk, and optimizing the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Advise the global Sales organization on deal strategy, structuring, and execution for complex and high-value transactions.
  • Lead the review and approval of non-standard, out-of-policy, and high-dollar deals, including risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations to streamline the path from deal to cash.
  • Design and implement deal flow processes and controls to reduce friction and improve cycle times.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate Deal Strategy and Operations team.
  • Implement tools and systems for deal workflows, including CRM, CLM, and AI-enabled enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customer sales in a high-growth, multinational software company.
  • Professional legal or accounting degree with active registered status.
  • Multiple years of people management experience with a track record of building and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise deal structuring, pricing, and software revenue recognition principles.
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual terms with enterprise customers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
