What you will do

• Create talking-head, educational, thought leadership, and podcast clips for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose podcasts, interviews, webinars, and presentations into high-performing short-form video series and teasers.
• Edit for high retention using dynamic captions, motion graphics, zooms, B-roll, and transitions.
• Independently identify strong hooks and engaging narrative moments from raw footage.
• Partner with Content Strategists, Paid Media Specialists, and Founders to produce organic and paid social assets.
• Manage content libraries, brand assets, and templates to ensure production efficiency across multiple brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing social-first video content.
• Portfolio of short-form content is required.
• Strong proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, Descript, Riverside, Opus Clip, and ElevenLabs.
• Ability to identify hooks and build narrative structures directly from raw footage.
• Proven focus on branding consistency, audio quality, and visual timing.

Nice to have

• Experience editing for podcasts, B2B content, or founder brands.
• Previous agency experience.
• Experience with performance creatives.
• Proficiency in After Effects.
