What you will do

• Edit original content for YouTube and social media, ensuring adherence to the brand's tone and pacing.
• Identify and craft compelling short-form clips from long-form recordings to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and cold opens to increase click-through rates.
• Shoot high-quality video content in studio and on-location environments.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms, focusing on YouTube trends and audience retention.
• Subtitle video content to meet platform standards and iterate based on performance analytics.

Requirements

• Strong editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with visual asset creation using Photoshop or Canva.
• Deep understanding of YouTube viewing behavior, audience retention strategies, and storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience in camera operation, lighting, and framing for various production formats.
• Strong editorial judgment and familiarity with current pop culture and internet trends.
• Experience with social media publishing and data-driven content optimization.
