What you will do

• Shoot social-first video content including interviews, creator formats, and BTS in studio and on location.
• Capture high-quality visuals using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and iPhones.
• Set up and manage basic lighting and audio in controlled and run-and-gun environments.
• Edit short- and mid-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Apply platform-native storytelling techniques, focusing on hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
• Collaborate with producers and creatives to bring concepts to life on set.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience shooting and editing digital content.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless systems and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (in-office).
• Strong understanding of social-first content and platform-specific performance.
• Mandatory portfolio or reel showcasing both shooting and editing work.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPhone/mobile-first workflows.
• Familiarity with After Effects and Photoshop for basic graphic design or thumbnails.
• Experience with multi-camera setups or interview lighting.
• Understanding of platform analytics and performance metrics.
