What you will do

• Edit and deliver video content across performance media, social media, and brand formats.
• Adapt video assets for multiple platforms, optimizing for specific channel requirements and audience behavior.
• Produce polished, on-brand edits using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with creative and account partners to interpret briefs and meet commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized project files and asset libraries.
• Support the continuous improvement of editing workflows and templates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion.
• Experience editing performance media and paid social video with a focus on conversion.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with remote creative and non-creative partners.
• Must be based in the United States.
