What you will do

• Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling to enhance quality.
• Collaborate with Videographers and Social Media teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life.
• Manage and organize media files, project archives, and version control.
• Research and test new editing styles and social media trends to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in video editing or creative production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual pacing, and digital platform specifications.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing editing work.
