Salary: USD 161,500 – 230,000 (depending on zone) / CAD 201,000 – 251,000

What you will do
- Manage relationship ownership for strategic partners, including joint business planning and executive alignment.
- Lead the full lifecycle of new partnerships from strategy and sourcing to contract negotiation and execution.
- Identify and evaluate product integration opportunities, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on API/MCP solutions.
- Drive co-selling success and collaborate with partner marketing on joint content, events, and webinars.
- Track and report on KPIs such as integration usage, influenced revenue, and campaign performance.
- Analyze partner roadmaps and ecosystem trends to provide insights for 's internal strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably at a high-growth software company.
- Proven track record of driving multi-year partnerships across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of identifying and launching product integrations using APIs or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience executing co-marketing and co-selling motions with large-scale partners.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON only).
- Valid right to work authorization for the country of employment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of no-code tools, web design, or Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience launching integrations in marketplaces like Adobe Exchange, HubSpot, AWS, or Salesforce App Exchange.
