Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop and champion thought leadership on AI, marketing transformation, and enterprise marketing trends.
• Originate and expand marketing advisory engagements to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic client relationships.
• Design and evolve operating models, delivery frameworks, and performance infrastructure to scale the practice.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing consulting team of professionals.
• Lead the commercial strategy for engagements, including solution design, pricing, and positioning.

Requirements

• 15+ years in management consulting or a comparable advisory environment.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Established executive network within enterprise technology and SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of selling and growing consulting engagements at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in enterprise marketing and the impact of AI on operating models.
• No visa sponsorship available (must have valid work authorization).
