Implementation Manager (Grants)

TL;DR

Implementation Manager (SaaS/Grants): Guiding clients through the full implementation and onboarding lifecycle for Euna Grants with an accent on discovery, system configuration, and client enablement. Focus on translating public sector grants knowledge into practical software setups and integrating AI tools to optimize delivery workflows.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Atlanta, GA (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to map business processes and define system requirements.
• Configure client instances of Euna Grants and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
• Deliver comprehensive virtual training for end users and agency leadership.
• Conduct UAT, document issues, and collaborate with Product and Development teams on enhancements.
• Manage project risks and coordinate cross-functional relationships to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Actively embed AI tools into daily workflows to improve documentation and analysis efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of implementation or customer success experience (8+ years for Senior level).
• Working knowledge of grants management, funding compliance, and reporting obligations.
• Demonstrated technical acumen in configuring SaaS platforms and understanding data relationships.
• Ability to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
• Proven experience in virtual client training and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within state, county, or municipal governments.
• Familiarity with federal grant programs such as CDBG, ARPA, HUD, or EPA.
• Experience with Grants Management Systems (GMS) or public sector ERPs.
• Professional application of AI productivity tools like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
