What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for top enterprise customers, ensuring successful product adoption and business value realization.
- Develop and document customer success strategies, including end-state architecture roadmaps and technical success criteria.
- Act as a technical SME, providing consultative guidance on product features, API capabilities, and script-based automation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor utilization trends, identify risks, and drive renewal strategies.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular health checks and strategic business reviews to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or sales engineering within a SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel to customer locations monthly.
- Strong technical background in SaaS security, Cloud security, or Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency with Python, REST APIs, and authentication methods.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers and working with security teams.
- Working knowledge of common SaaS platforms like Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, or Okta.

- Startup experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Experience with Django or similar developer frameworks.
