What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for top enterprise customers, ensuring successful product adoption and business value realization.
  • Develop and document customer success strategies, including end-state architecture roadmaps and technical success criteria.
  • Act as a technical SME, providing consultative guidance on product features, API capabilities, and script-based automation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor utilization trends, identify risks, and drive renewal strategies.
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular health checks and strategic business reviews to ensure alignment with customer objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or sales engineering within a SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel to customer locations monthly.
  • Strong technical background in SaaS security, Cloud security, or Identity and Access Management.
  • Proficiency with Python, REST APIs, and authentication methods.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level customers and working with security teams.
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS platforms like Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, or Okta.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Experience with Django or similar developer frameworks.
