Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable media pipelines for real-time and recorded audio/video streams.
• Build distributed systems to support high-throughput media ingestion and processing.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Implement best practices in quality assurance, including unit, integration, and automated testing.
• Ensure software adheres to security standards and cloud compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with real-time communication systems such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, or WebRTC.
• Proficiency in audio and/or video processing pipelines, codecs, or streaming technologies.
• Experience building microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
