TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA), based in New York

Salary: $172,000 – $196,950

What you will do

  • Own strategic GDN initiatives end-to-end, from defining problems and setting KPIs to building and executing delivery plans.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, assess value, and partner with product and growth teams to realize partner needs.
  • Optimize operational processes and internal collaboration by implementing AI-enabled workflows.
  • Integrate business, legal, regulatory, and operational considerations into GTM initiative plans prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Network Operations and executive leadership to define multi-quarter strategies and budget priorities.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Legal, Ops, and Product teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, top-tier management consulting, or business operations.
  • Must be based in the USA (New York).
  • Proven track record of independently delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enablement to operational or business processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade executive stakeholders.
  • High EQ and ability to drive alignment across competing priorities without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital assets and regulated financial infrastructure.
