Salary: $280,000 – $320,000 USD (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

• Lead technical and product discovery conversations with founders, ML engineers, and infrastructure leads.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering, Applied AI, and Research teams to design tailored solutions and POCs.
• Manage multiple concurrent strategic accounts, prioritizing ruthlessly to maintain deal momentum.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial terms for AI-native companies.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through executive and investor networks.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a PM, strategic account executive, VC, or in management consulting serving technical buyers.
• Technical fluency in ML concepts, including open-source vs. proprietary models, model tuning, and reserved capacity.
• Proven ability to run multi-threaded customer engagements and manage complex commercial cycles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to earn trust from both engineers and C-level executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA.
