TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States). Must be available for shifts between 5am - 8pm PST.

What you will do
- Review Beacon alerts and escalate via phone to school administrators and counselors to ensure appropriate action.
- Identify and escalate new trends and sensitive problems to contribute to solution building.
- Develop training and support resources, including knowledge base articles and canned responses.
- Manage general technical support tickets as business needs arise.
- Provide shift coverage for the Safety Support Specialist team during day shifts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Flexible availability for shifts between 5:00 AM - 8:00 PM PT.
- Must be available for onboarding M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT during the first two weeks.
- 1+ year in a support or customer-facing role (Trust & Safety, education, or mental health backgrounds highly preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in a white-glove customer service position.
- Proven experience working with Zendesk and handling phone-based support.
Nice to have
- Non-English language proficiency.
- College degree.
