What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for physicians and nurse practitioners across various states and specialties.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to maintain an active and high-quality talent pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding workflows, ensuring timely credentialing, licensing verification, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with partnerships and clinical leadership to identify and address emerging staffing needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to inform leadership and improve hiring processes.
• Represent the client's brand and mission throughout the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for healthcare or clinician recruitment.
• Knowledge of telehealth, licensing, credentialing, or medical group operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building candidate relationships.
• Ability to work from 11AM to 8PM EST.
