What you will do

• Develop and activate positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for mortgage and housing solutions.
• Create sales enablement content, including decks, case studies, and product sheets.
• Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, partnerships) to drive demand and pipeline.
• Translate complex data, analytics, and AI capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
• Monitor housing trends and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for aligned program delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing.
• Industry experience in mortgage, housing, or financial services.
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end marketing programs with performance tracking.
• Ability to translate AI and automation concepts into compelling content.
• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Must be based in Southern California.
