What you will do

• Develop infrastructure for accurate speech-to-text and automatic speech recognition across many languages with low latency.
• Build AI-driven speech synthesis matching customer brand and style.
• Adapt systems to handle real-time audio streams, interruptions, disconnects, and transfers reliably.
• Scale platform infrastructure to support millions of calls daily.
• Integrate real-time telephony systems and call centers for inbound and outbound calls.
• Collaborate on full-stack solutions and developer tooling to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA, United States
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building AI-powered products and familiarity with Go and Typescript.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.

• Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
