What you will do

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures for the platform.
• Build backend services using C# or TypeScript for web and background worker applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentor junior team members and elevate engineering standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliver platform solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on distributed systems.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proficiency in typed, functional programming (Haskell, Scala, C#, or TypeScript).
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, security best practices, and performance optimization.

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML applications in production systems.
