What you will do

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies to drive commercial growth for Personal & Home Care NorAm.
  • Own the regional pricing process, ensuring alignment with Global Strategic Pricing guidelines, policy, and business strategies.
  • Lead portfolio lifecycle analysis and optimization projects, including regional/segment portfolio analysis to identify poor performers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Global Strategic Pricing, and Global PPVM to implement inter-region optimization opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and related functions to ensure seamless portfolio management.
  • Provide inputs on products, markets, pricing, and capabilities; support tactical allocation and Integrated Business Plan (IBP) contributions; ensure product set-up in the system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Engineering, Business, or comparable field with relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, product or pricing management, sales, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3, Excel (including Pivot), and reporting tools/methodologies.
