What you will do

• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff, including performance management and training.
• Provide technical oversight for engineering designs, work orders, and water infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legislative requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review reports, studies, and plans for capital and operational maintenance.
• Coordinate project activities with municipalities, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and conduct field investigations as required.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma with C.E.T. designation required.
• Minimum five years of experience with water distribution and treatment systems.
• Must hold and maintain a valid Ontario driver’s license.
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and technical team management.
• Strong knowledge of water utility regulations, codes, and infrastructure practices.
• Ability to travel as required for the role.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and enterprise systems like Cayenta.
