Salary: CA$117,800–CA$145,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship with key national and regional Canadian account customers.
• Execute cohesive Omnichannel plans to accelerate Digital penetration and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align sales strategies.
• Analyze brand, category, competitor, and industry data to forecast business and capitalize on trends.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to enable mutual growth outcomes with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the CPG industry with a strong background in Account Management.
• Experience in the Canadian retailer marketplace is required.
• Valid passport and flexibility to travel between Canada and the U.S.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
