What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for large-scale customer deployments from kickoff to go-live and beyond.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering, product, and solutions teams.
• Create and execute detailed project plans while proactively identifying and mitigating deployment risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to satisfy complex customer requirements.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, or engagement management in SaaS environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA
