Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements focused on front-to-back operating model design and process optimization.
• Translate complex post-trade operations concepts into actionable business and technology solutions.
• Identify and expand client opportunities through account management and proposal development.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers to foster team growth and capability building.
• Navigate regulatory, risk, and control environments surrounding trade settlements and custody.
• Represent the firm externally and contribute to internal leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Deep expertise in post-trade operations, trade lifecycle, and market infrastructure.
• Proven track record in business development and originating new revenue streams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with industry platforms such as Broadridge, FIS, Fidessa, Murex, or Calypso.
