What you will do

• Manage the intake, documentation, and high-risk review process for enterprise AI use cases.
• Coordinate domain reviewers across legal, security, and ethics teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Lead high-priority, organization-wide AI initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Design and execute change management and rollout plans for new AI tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in IT or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant technology components.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI projects in a project management or product capacity.
• Experience working in international NGOs or global humanitarian organizations.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification.
