What you will do
- Define the strategic vision for Twilio’s Marketing technology, data, and AI systems to align with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing leadership and the Enterprise Technology team.
- Translate creative marketing use cases into comprehensive technical business requirements.
- Orchestrate the recruitment and management of pilot groups for internal Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Partner with technology teams to drive day-to-day execution through rigorous tracking and milestone management.
- Synthesize complex technical roadblocks into clear, concise status reports for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Marketing/GTM strategy, marketing technology, or growth engineering.
- Strong grasp of modern marketing approaches, specifically PLG and ABM frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Ability to use data to justify prioritization decisions and measure pilot program success.
- Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI products such as LLMs, copilots, and RAG apps.
- Past experience in startups, innovation labs, or skunkworks teams.
- Experience leading large-scale internal tool adoptions or process changes.
