Salary: $141,520 - $208,000

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision for Twilio’s Marketing technology, data, and AI systems to align with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing leadership and the Enterprise Technology team.
• Translate creative marketing use cases into comprehensive technical business requirements.
• Orchestrate the recruitment and management of pilot groups for internal Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Partner with technology teams to drive day-to-day execution through rigorous tracking and milestone management.
• Synthesize complex technical roadblocks into clear, concise status reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Marketing/GTM strategy, marketing technology, or growth engineering.
• Strong grasp of modern marketing approaches, specifically PLG and ABM frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Ability to use data to justify prioritization decisions and measure pilot program success.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI products such as LLMs, copilots, and RAG apps.
• Past experience in startups, innovation labs, or skunkworks teams.
• Experience leading large-scale internal tool adoptions or process changes.
