What you will do

• Lead and coach a regional team of Safety Response Analysts to ensure high performance and decision quality.
• Own regional operational outcomes, including SLA adherence, utilization, and backlog health.
• Personally handle and oversee complex, high-risk safety cases and high-visibility incidents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Legal, and Investigations teams to manage risk.
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, automation, and escalation paths.
• Analyze emerging risks to provide actionable recommendations for policy and product development.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco.
• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, or platform integrity.
• 4+ years of people leadership or senior-level operational ownership.
• Proven ability to make defensible decisions in ambiguous, high-risk environments.
• Strong communication skills for briefing Legal, Policy, and executive leadership.
• Experience using data and automation to scale operational efficiency.
