Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead product costing and inventory accounting across consumer hardware and robotics programs, including valuation and variance analysis.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to support BOM accuracy, labor/overhead assumptions, and gross margin analysis.
• Design and develop scalable accounting processes for NPI, prototyping, and mass production.
• Serve as the finance lead for Oracle Fusion ERP manufacturing costing and inventory implementations and optimizations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and establish SOX-ready controls and reporting infrastructure.
• Act as a strategic partner to Operations, Procurement, and Program Management to translate business needs into operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, cost, or inventory accounting.
• Deep expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, and US GAAP related to manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (Costing and Inventory modules).
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chain environments.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or public accounting background.
• Experience supporting hardware product launches and rapid manufacturing scale-up.
• Experience in high-growth technology or pre-IPO/public company environments.
• Experience designing or implementing ERP systems and finance process transformations.
