What you will do

• Drive measurable business value across the EMEA account base through quantified TCO savings and productivity gains.
• Own the global vision, roadmap, and adoption of ValueIQ, the self-service value platform.
• Lead strategic deal execution by building and defending business cases at the CFO, CIO, and CDO levels.
• Establish a customer value realization framework to quantify post-sale outcomes for renewals and expansion.
• Create reusable IP, including industry value narratives, ROI models, and business case templates.
• Enable and coach EMEA Sales, Customer Success, and SE teams to increase competency in value-led selling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Value Engineering, business consulting, or strategic enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven track record of creating customer-validated business cases for executive leadership.
• Experience building value engineering assets, frameworks, or platforms from scratch.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including proficiency in ROI models and TCO analysis.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Industry depth in Financial Services or Retail sectors.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including semantic layers, BI, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience contributing to value automation tooling or self-service platforms.
• Established personal brand or thought leadership in the GTM or analytics community.
