Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
