What you will do

• Develop and direct junior staff in creating detailed financial models for company and investment valuations.
• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support transaction and tax reporting.
• Manage large data sets efficiently using Excel and platforms like Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with industry specialists and participate in business development activities.
• Take ownership of project deliverables and communicate status updates internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Two to four years of prior valuation work experience, preferably at a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Proven experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Strong financial modeling skills and technical valuation competencies.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA or similar professional designation.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) and Monte Carlo simulation.
