Principle Systems Engineer (MBSE): Providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support within the Intelligence Community with an accent on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering. Focus on defining system architectures, managing interfaces, and utilizing Cameo Systems Modeler to optimize complex system performance.

Location: Onsite in Sterling, VA. U.S. Citizenship and Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance are required; no relocation offered.

Salary: $65 - $84 / hr (W2)

What you will do

• Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering practices to define enterprise-wide system architectures.
• Manage interfaces and ensure strict traceability of requirements to technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex system models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Utilize computer-based simulations to analyze and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor stakeholders in a team environment.

Requirements

• Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Practical experience in system modeling with Cameo or equivalent MBSE tools.
• Experience with high-level programming languages, specifically Python.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages.
• Experience with Request for Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment processes.
• Knowledge of customer NSIS requirements and rapid delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with systems installation, integration, and test activities.
