Senior Associate, Central Rating

What you will do

• Support day-to-day Central Rating activities across assigned studies, including improving workflows and supporting central raters.
• Track and document clinician performance data and metrics; ensure clinician training and certification documentation is accurate and aligned with study timelines.
• Coordinate clinician training and recalibration schedules, monitor training progress, and deliver clinician status reports to project teams.
• Provide technical support to clinicians (platform/device/calendar access) and support onboarding and system access questions.
• Manage documentation and QA collaboration, including maintaining proper records and supporting audits/inspections.
• Triage inbound questions/issues, track escalations and resolutions, and proactively communicate deliverables, risks, and status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical trials, central rating, or regulated research operations.
• Understanding of SOP-driven clinical operations and documentation.
• Audit support or metrics reporting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

• Prior experience in central rating.
