TL;DR
Senior Associate, Central Rating: Supporting execution and quality oversight of Central Rating activities across assigned clinical trials with an accent on clinician support, training/certification documentation, and accurate SOP-driven documentation. Focus on triaging issues, tracking escalations and deliverables, and coordinating with Central Rating Management, QA, Science, and Project Managers to ensure seamless study operations.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD

What you will do
- Support day-to-day Central Rating activities across assigned studies, including improving workflows and supporting central raters.
- Track and document clinician performance data and metrics; ensure clinician training and certification documentation is accurate and aligned with study timelines.
- Coordinate clinician training and recalibration schedules, monitor training progress, and deliver clinician status reports to project teams.
- Provide technical support to clinicians (platform/device/calendar access) and support onboarding and system access questions.
- Manage documentation and QA collaboration, including maintaining proper records and supporting audits/inspections.
- Triage inbound questions/issues, track escalations and resolutions, and proactively communicate deliverables, risks, and status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5+ years of experience in clinical trials, central rating, or regulated research operations.
- Understanding of SOP-driven clinical operations and documentation.
- Audit support or metrics reporting experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

- Prior experience in central rating.
