What you will do

• Own the company’s technology roadmap, architecture, and long-term technical vision.
• Lead and scale engineering, QA, technical operations, and architecture teams across multiple geographies.
• Manage the security and compliance posture, including SOC 2 audits and internal security policies.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and disaster recovery to ensure high availability for live construction sites.
• Partner with the CEO, CPO, and CSO as a core member of the executive leadership team to define company strategy.
• Maintain technical responsibility for field hardware, including turnstiles and handheld devices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Prior experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technical leader in a SaaS company.
• Strong background in cloud-native systems, modern APIs, and secure architectures.
• Proficiency with modern web and mobile stacks, preferably React, React Native, and .NET.
• Experience designing and integrating AI/ML-enabled systems into operational problems.
• Must be based in the USA
