What you will do

  • Develop and execute lead generation and customer acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Build and optimize complete acquisition funnels, including the improvement of landing pages and conversion journeys.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad concepts, testing plans, and winning messages.
  • Configure and manage tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, and Conversion APIs.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC to drive profitability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads (lead gen, conversion, retargeting) and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube).
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling with the ability to troubleshoot tracking independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose funnel bottlenecks and optimize customer acquisition economics.
  • Proven track record demonstrated through performance case studies.

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, B2C acquisition, SaaS, or App marketing.
