TL;DR
Product Designer (Fintech): Shipping high-quality product experiences for a private markets infrastructure platform with an accent on complex B2B workflows and data-heavy UI. Focus on end-to-end design, from discovery and prototyping to collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

is building the operating infrastructure for private markets, combining AI-powered automation with regulatory expertise to replace manual processes for fund managers.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end UX/UI for product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Partner with Product teams to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria.
- Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Run usability tests and use data to validate and iterate on designs.
- Maintain and contribute to the internal design system.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and provide design rationale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and ability to simplify complexity.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping).
- Experience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, filters, bulk actions) or permissioned workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a pragmatic environment.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.

- Experience in fintech, private markets, or regulated industries.
- Background in document-heavy systems.
