TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Shipping high-quality product experiences for a private markets infrastructure platform with an accent on complex B2B workflows and data-heavy UI. Focus on end-to-end design, from discovery and prototyping to collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

hirify.global is building the operating infrastructure for private markets, combining AI-powered automation with regulatory expertise to replace manual processes for fund managers.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end UX/UI for product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Partner with Product teams to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
  • Run usability tests and use data to validate and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to the internal design system.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and provide design rationale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and ability to simplify complexity.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping).
  • Experience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, filters, bulk actions) or permissioned workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a pragmatic environment.
  • Must be able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, private markets, or regulated industries.
  • Background in document-heavy systems.
