What you will do

• Own and drive major design initiatives for the core video creation and editing experience from framing to shipment.
• Define and evolve the design vision for the editor to ensure consistency across all workflows.
• Design intuitive interaction models for canvas, timeline, and editor tools for both novice and advanced users.
• Develop scalable design systems and interaction patterns to improve platform usability and consistency.
• Enhance collaboration features, including review workflows and content iteration patterns.
• Rapidly prototype and validate new interaction concepts based on user feedback and product insights.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a product designer working on complex digital products like editors or creation tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, UI craft, and measurable product impact.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear design direction and actionable solutions.
• Strong systems thinking regarding product architecture and its impact on user experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Europe.
