What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end store operations from fulfillment to delivery across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads, including hiring and training.
• Optimize store layouts and picking/packing costs to enhance productivity.
• Drive process change initiatives and shift scheduling to exceed business targets.
• Analyze demand forecasts to determine and implement productivity requirements.
• Collaborate with inventory, commercial, and product teams to refine operational workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management within retail, distribution, or platform economy environments.
• Proven experience leading teams in a retail or store-based setting.
• Strong analytical skills, specifically with Excel.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to act fast and maintain attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Danish.
