What you will do

• Drive supplier performance metrics including DPPM, NCRs, and On-Time Delivery.
• Lead NPI activities to ensure supplier readiness for new product launches.
• Perform supplier audits using VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Resolve quality issues using 8D and root cause analysis techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supplier or manufacturing quality.
• Strong proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 and VDA audit standards.
• Solid technical understanding, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Ability to drive improvements and communicate effectively across teams.
