What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and design of large-scale CCaaS solutions, integrating voice and digital channels.
• Architect and present AI/ML solutions for conversational AI, sentiment analysis, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) integrated with CRM, WFO, and ERP systems.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for sales teams and C-level executives regarding security, compliance, and cloud architecture.
• Analyze the CCaaS competitive landscape to effectively position platform differentiators.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in technical pre-sales or solution architecture, with 5+ years of CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud contact center reference architectures and microservices.
• Proven ability to integrate conversational AI and NLP solutions into customer journeys.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and CPaaS concepts.
• Exceptional communication and whiteboarding skills for executive-level presentations.
• English and local languages proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with heritage hirify.global on-premise portfolio (Aura, Elite).
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript or Python for rapid prototyping.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or specialized CCaaS vendor certifications.
