What you will do
- Develop brand and campaign strategies in close partnership with the property team.
- Define project positioning and key messaging for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Lead the production of marketing collateral including brochures, investment guides, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content highlighting placemaking, regeneration, and project progress.
- Produce sales enablement tools such as investor packs, agent toolkits, and presentations.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and PR channels while managing budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies and suppliers.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Manchester.
- Strong organization, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in property investment, proptech, real estate, or financial services.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience producing off-plan development assets and briefing CGI studios.
- Knowledge of UK residential property markets.
- CIM qualification or equivalent.
