What you will do

• Implement annual marketing strategies to drive exhibitor acquisition and retention across EMEA&I and APAC portfolios.
• Execute end-to-end exhibit sales campaigns and lead generation activities, including webinars and conference launches.
• Manage CMS, update sales tools, and produce marketing materials such as brochures, sell sheets, and PowerPoint templates.
• Coordinate conference logistics, oversee budgets, and manage the procurement process.
• Create and administrate social content while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze activity ROI to identify ways to increase revenue growth.

Requirements

• At least two years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience organizing, attending, or exhibiting at seminars and conferences.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe) and experience working with a content management system.
• Basic understanding of the IT industry, graphic design, and print production processes.
