What you will do

• Administer and configure learning management systems, including user access and course creation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and partners per established SLAs.
• Analyze learner data and generate performance reports to track progress and completion rates.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and guides for LMS utilization.
• Support development operations processes for new customer and partner onboarding.
• Provide on-site and remote support for major customer training events.

Requirements

• United States citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator with specific expertise in Cornerstone LMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new products and processes.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in administering Skilljar and Litmos platforms.
• Experience with website coding.
