What you will do

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth entrepreneur clients in sectors such as Tech, FinTech, Healthcare, and Consumer Brands.
  • Act as the primary relationship lead, delivering tailored banking, lending, investment, estate planning, and trust solutions.
  • Originate new client relationships via a strong network of professional introducers and deepen existing ties.
  • Take ownership of income performance, actively managing pipelines and driving sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated personal and commercial solutions.
  • Provide leadership within the Sports Entertainment and Entrepreneurs team, role-modeling client-centric thinking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in relationship banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Commercial Banking managing HNW portfolios.
  • Proven track record of originating and growing HNW client relationships and delivering profitability outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with entrepreneur, founder-led, or owner-managed business clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience to deliver integrated banking and wealth solutions.
  • Experience operating within regulated financial services environments, balancing commercial performance with risk management.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading or contributing to entrepreneur-focused banking or wealth propositions.
  • Deep knowledge of UK financial markets and Private Banking products (lending, investments, trusts).
  • Experience supporting clients through business exits, succession planning, or complex life events.
