What you will do

• Lead the regional wealth advisory team to meet growth objectives and manage overall team performance.
• Support financial advisers in delivering high-standard initial and ongoing advice to clients.
• Build and enhance the profile of hirify.global Wealth Planning both internally and externally within the region.
• Lead and contribute to Investment and Operations Committees to evolve the firm's investment philosophy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other service lines to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.
• Work with the Training & Competency Manager to implement development and business plans across the team.

Requirements

• Extensive management and leadership experience within the Wealth Planning industry.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team of advisers in the financial planning sector.
• Strong technical competence in financial planning, ideally as a Chartered Financial Planner.
• Experience in business development and building a network of external firms for client introductions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider professional services business.
